Yarmouth/Freeport Girls’ Impressive Season Comes To An End

The Lady Clippers lost to top-seed Lewiston last night, Saturday February 8, in the North Regional Semi Final game. The final score was 5-0 in favor of the Blue Devils. Clipper goalkeeper, Allie Perrotta’s performance was stellar as she turned away 36 saves in the losing effort.

“It was a great season, we had a slow start at 2-7 then we rallied to win 7 out of our last nine in the regular season.  The girls proved they had a lot of heart and helped build a great culture for the future.

Winning our opening home playoff game in front of a well supported home crowd…thank you. That was was awesome!
