The Yarmouth Boys Battle South Portland, Waynflete & Freeport All At Once.

The Yarmouth Clippers go down in defeat in a hard fought contest at Portland Ice Arena December 19th against Class A opponent South Portland + Waynflete + Freeport.

The game was very physical contest where it was apparent early in the game that the referees were going to let them play!

Yarmouth had the better of the chances in the first period, but was unable to score.

Play continued to be tight contest and the difference was that South Portland scored two short handed goals in the game.

The boys went down to defeat 3-0.

We turn the page and look forward to a holiday tournament that starts Friday, December 27th when Yarmouth plays Tewksbury HS at 4PM and then plays two games on Saturday December 28th, 11AM verse South Windsor HS of CT and then plays Gilford HS of CT at 5PM. All three games are being played at the University of Southern Maine rink in Gorham.
